Find out about our rules here so that you know the conditions that apply during your stay.
These rules must be observed in the interest of a good coexistence with the rest of the guests and with the
compliance with our internal regulations.

Check-in from 3:00 p.m. onwards.
Check-out until 12 noon.
In case of requesting Early Check in or Late Check out, the corresponding fee must be paid. These are subject to availability.
The Early Check in time will be from 10:00 a.m. (In case of exceeding the limit of hours, an additional night will be charged).
The Late Check Out time will be until 5:00 p.m. (In case of exceeding the limit of hours, an additional night will be charged).
Visitors are not allowed inside the rooms.
Alcohol and illicit substances are not allowed.
In the case of foreign tourists, they may be exempt from VAT (local tax of 19%) by showing a passport, proof of entry to the country (not exceeding 3 months) and paying in dollars.
To request a Company Invoice, you must provide the relevant information to Reception. This will be sent within 24 hours.
No weapons of any kind are allowed.

Maintain silence after midnight.
No smoking inside the rooms and common areas - only allowed in the courtyard.
Respect the capacity of common areas and physical distancing.
Mandatory use of masks, except in dining rooms and outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Breakfast between 8:00 and 10:30.
The reservation will be paid at the time of registration (Check in). Important: In case of non-compliance with the rules we may decide: not to extend the reservation, reserve the right of future admission and/or expulsion from the Hotel.
Regarding personal items of high commercial value and electronic items, the passenger must always keep custody of them and use the safe, as the hotel will only compensate for verifiable theft/theft losses occurring in our facilities (rooms or safe) for a total of 500USD maximum per person in demonstrable goods. Theft in common areas or outside the Hotel is excluded. Do not leave valuables inside the car in case of using the hotel parking lot.
