In case of requesting Early Check in or Late Check out, the corresponding Fee must be paid. These, in turn, are subject to availability.

In the case of foreign tourists, they may be exempt from paying VAT (local tax of 19%), showing a passport, proof of entry into the country (not older than 3 months) and paying in dollars.

To request Company Invoice, you must provide the relevant information to Reception. This will be sent within no more than 24 hours.

Mandatory use of a mask, except in dining rooms and outdoor spaces.

Breakfast between 8:00 to 10:30.

The reservation will be paid at the time of registration (Check in). Important: In case of non-compliance with the rules, it may be decided: not to extend the reservation, reserve the right of future admission and/or expel from the Hotel.

Regarding personal items of high commercial value and electronic items, the passenger must always keep custody of these and use the safe, since the hotel will only compensate for losses due to verifiable theft/theft occurring in our facilities (rooms or safe ) for a total of 500USD maximum per person in demonstrable assets. Theft in common areas or outside the Hotel is excluded. Do not leave valuables in the car when using the hotel parking lot.
